I designed it to be a wearable basic, something to add a bit of preppy style and warmth to a plain workday outfit. For full effect, add glasses and a bun and practice looking down your nose at the 6 foot student towering over you. Or make it in a bright neon for a fun weekend look. <\/p>\n<p>This is the simplest of garments, worked flat from the bottom up in two pieces and seamed.
