Pattern is worked from a long foundation with each row being reduced on the ends by one fan and increases in the center for the shaping. Side edging is worked with each row until final 2 rows, which create the bottom edging.<\/p>\n

Foundation is worked with the smaller hook, Body of shawl uses the larger hook.<\/p>\n

To increase size of shawlette add multiples of 32 rows to the Foundation, and 3 rows to the Shawl Body. Yardage requirements will increase to approximately 410 yards for +32 foundation and 590 yards for +64 foundation.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
